The end of the year offers us time to celebrate and reflect. We are grateful for our patients, their families, generous donors and community partners who stand with us by supporting local care provided throughout the Aultman Health System. This season, we invite you to embrace the spirit of giving and community as we all come together to join our Lights of Love campaign.

In the past, you have likely heard us talk about Memory Tree and the Annual Care Campaign. This year, the two are uniting to form Lights of Love: a BIGGER and BETTER way to celebrate patients and caregivers, remember loved ones and support local care. Now, through the end of the year, you have the opportunity to honor your caregivers in addition to your friends and loved ones, while simultaneously benefiting patients and families in our community.

We are grateful for our patients, this community, the physicians and care team in all our facilities and for YOU. In a season of giving, we are always equally as grateful. Your gift today reinforces the strength of our community-focused mission.

Your participation in this campaign directly impacts the lives of patients and families in our community, providing them with the care and support they need while celebrating and memorializing those along your Aultman journey.

What is Lights of Love?
Lights of Love is an end- of-year fundraising celebration honoring loved ones, friends and caregivers. Lights of Love benefits the Aultman Health System throug the fund that most touches your heart. Donors can make a donation or hang a wreath, and those who are being honored / remembered will be listed online, shining the Light of Love on their name for others to see through the end of the year.

Who Can Participate?
Anyone and everyone! Lights of Love is open to all those who want to support Aultman Health System or remember and honor loved ones. Patients, family members, community members and friends are all welcome.

How Do I Participate? 
Give a Gift! Use one of the online forms below to select a fund that is close to your heart.
Hang a Wreath! During the holiday season, Lights of Love wreaths will line the halls of our hospital. For a minimum donation of $250, a wreath will be hung with the name of your choosing on it. You can select which hospital you'd like your wreath to be displayed at, and we will share with you where you can find it. At the beginning of 2025, we will mail you a special ornament as a keepsake for years to come. Wreaths are not available to keep. 
Share! If you are unable to give, we always welcome you to share about the care you received at Aultman. Submit a Grateful Patient story or simply continue to share on social media about your positive experiences. 

Tribute Names

All those who are being honored will be listed on this website, shining a light on their name for others to see through the end of the year.

Who Do I Support? 
You have the choice to select between our three hospital Patient Care Funds benefiting patients throughout the Aultman Health System. In addition, you can also select one of the other funds that are near and dear to your heart or your experience. 100% of all gifts given through Lights of Love will benefit the area of your choosing. 
NOTE: Gifts made to Aultman Deuble Heart & Vascular Hospital will be matched through the end of the year, doubling the impact of your contribution.
